We are currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and contribute to our exciting journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  3. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Provide support in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  6. Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  7. Aid in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
  8. Assist in handling HR-related queries and concerns from employees.
  9. Contribute to HR projects as assigned, gaining exposure to various aspects of human resources.

Qualifications:

  1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function.
