Brief about the role

The Revenue Success Manager - Healthcare Monetisation plays a critical role in assisting physicians to maximize their revenue potential through the Eka Monetisation Suite. This role encompasses guiding healthcare professionals from onboarding to full adoption and optimisation of the suite, ensuring they leverage our tools to enhance their practice's profitability while maintaining exceptional patient care.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that healthcare professionals can effectively increase their practice's revenue through our Monetisation Suite. Candidates should be prepared to take on revenue responsibility as a key performance metric, demonstrating an ability to manage client relationships remotely and drive significant financial outcomes through strategic advice and support.

Objectives:

• Facilitate the onboarding, adoption, and of the Eka Monetisation Suite
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Design and implement customer success strategies along with hiring and managing the team for the same
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate doctors feedback into product development.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for doctors using the Monetisation Suite, providing strategic guidance to enhance their outcomes for happier patients and better clinic revenue
• Own the P&L and revenue for the doctors centrally.
• Coordinate with product and support teams to facilitate a seamless user experience from technical integration to problem resolution.
• Analyse data to see trends and insights, sharing findings with internal teams to drive improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years in owing P&L / Revenue as metric along
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven experience of managing the accounts remotely
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and insight into the healthcare industry's challenges and opportunities.
