Title : Product/Business AnalystLocation : Mumbai, PuneImmediate joiner is big plusJob Description : We are looking for an experienced and immediate joiner, Product/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and possess strong investigation skills along with a high level of curiosity. The role requires excellent summarization skills and intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce.Responsibilities : 1. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users on Salesforce platform2. Investigate and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution3. Summarize and document investigation findings for future reference4. Maintain a strong understanding of API behavior, XML, and HTML5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues6. Ensure effective communication and timely updates on issue resolution7. Work according to the Singapore time zoneRequirements : 1. Immediate joiner preferred2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience3. Strong investigation skills and a high level of curiosity4. Excellent summarization skills5. Intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce6. Knowledge of API behavior, XML, and HTML7. Strong communication skills8. Ability to work in (Mumbai, Pune) locations9.
