Fine Decor a leading Home Furnishing Curtain Brand is seeking a dynamic and result driven Area Sales Executive to join our team. As an Area Sales Executive you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the specified region. This position involves ontheground activities including visiting retailers building strong relationships and upselling our existing product catalogues.

Key Responsibilities: 1.Retailer Relationship Management: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with retailers in the assigned region. Regularly visit existing retailers to understand their needs and requirements. 2. Promoting Products and increase sales per catalogue: Present and promote Fine Decor\'s existing product catalogues to retailers. Increase sales of catalogue\'s product already given to retailers Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales from existing retailers. 3. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team regarding product performance and market insights. 4. Order Management: Coordinate with the sales support team and operations team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Track and manage sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment. 5. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for the region. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly. 6. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Fine Decor\'s product range to effectively communicate product features and benefits to retailers. 7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home furnishing or related industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Should be able to communicate in local language. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. A valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle (if applicable).
