Job Title: React Native Developer
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities: Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver top-notch solutions. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to the adoption of best practices within the team. Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges proactively, making strategic decisions to maintain high-quality code. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of experience in React Native development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and asynchronous programming. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
