Job Title: Transition Solutioning lead
Designation: Senior Manager/ Group Manager / Associate General Manager Job Location: Pan India (Noida/Bengaluru/Chennai/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai) Roles & Responsibility Service Transition Solutioning for Large Bids: Lead Transition solutioning for AD and ASM services during the solution development process for client proposals/RFPs - Analyze application landscape based on criticality, volatility, stability, complexity | Application profiling scoring | Transition estimation and KT wave planning | Create Vendor consolidation approach for IT vendor consolidation exercises. Understand RFP objectives, scope and design de-risking strategies for a zero-business disruption transition. Collaborate with the Lead solution architect for deals to align the transition roadmap with the deal roadmap. Drive transition discussions in solution presentations and due diligence sessions with senior client stakeholders. Transition Practice Building Initiatives: Enhance existing transition solution tools and frameworks to drive improved automation, standardization and reusability. Work closely with the Transition COE to share learnings from the RFP cycle and incorporate them in the product roadmaps of various transition tools and accelerators. Build transition solution archetypes by industry and application groups by curating a comprehensive repository of past transition plans from across accounts. Skill Sets required: Minimum 3 years of creating detailed service transition solutions with estimates. Strong understanding of transition methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Expert level command on Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Added advantage – Post Graduation, PMP certification, ITIL certification.Job tags
