Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales and Partner Manager- Hindi located in Bengaluru. The Telesales and Partner Manager- Hindi will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, and selling products and services to target customers through Tele-Sales team .

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Tele-Sales team and sales partner teams to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. 3.

Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with sales partner companies, their teams. Train, Consult and guide sales partners for improving sales results. 4.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Tele-Sales representatives and sales partners, providing feedback and support to ensure alignment with company goals. 5.

Training and Development: Identify training needs for both internal and external sales teams, deliver ongoing coaching and development initiatives, and ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 6.

Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Tele-Sales team and sales partners to build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 7.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. 8.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and initiatives. 9.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations across the Hindi sales team.

Requirement and Qualification :

Bachelor's degree or MBA Fluency in Hindi and English languages, both oral and written 4+ years of proven experience in Telesales Experience in managing Telesales team Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and market trends, and develop effective sales strategies accordingly Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Good understanding of Telesales process and partner management Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative teams
