Job description
JD - Regional Head (Retail Asset Operations) - South 2 - TN & Kerala
Oversees the entire regional operations for Retail Assets with key focus on process standardization, error free transaction processing and ensuring maximum utilization of available resources.
To set up seamless operations team to provide best in class service delivery to all stakeholders.
Process Simplification, Minimum rework, and increased automation to bring in Operational Efficiency
Explore & maximize cost reduction avenues and increase STP in process to maximize productivity.
Partner with business stakeholders to maximize adoption of digitized platforms and measure for optimizing it further with 100% digitization.
Ensure SLAs & TATs across service delivery are maintained /improved across all business segments.
Service Digitization across Retail asset portfolio.
Customer Service : Nil or minimal customer escalations, Maintain service TAT, promote digital services and better customer retention
Internal reviews and audit to be conducted on regular intervals and timely closures of OC & OR issues. Ensure accurate and online GL Recon/monitoring. Adheres of Policy & Processes, Guidelines and Circulars rolled out time to time
To retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high-performance team. Focus on role elevations, creating future leaders within the team or in the Business Unit.
