Experience: 5 to 6 years Handling NBFC compliance

Job description

  • Handling compliance related work
  • Reviewing various documents and agreements
  • Very good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder
  • Dealing/interacting with SEBI/SEs/and other Regulatory Authorities
  • Drafting of minutes of Board/ Committee meetings
  • Good interpretation capabilities of the provisions of the company law, listing agreement, various SEBI guidelines, FEMA and other statutes
  • Knowledge of SEBI (MF) Regulations/ RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
  • Handling high value debt listed compliances, expert in handling equity or debt listed compliance

Skills

  • Prior work experience in Accounting
  • Good Analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of SEBI (MF) Regulations/ RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
  • Inter personal skills, good & clear communication
