Experience: 5 to 6 years Handling NBFC compliance
Location: Mumbai
Job description - Handling compliance related work
- Reviewing various documents and agreements
- Very good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder
- Dealing/interacting with SEBI/SEs/and other Regulatory Authorities
- Drafting of minutes of Board/ Committee meetings
- Good interpretation capabilities of the provisions of the company law, listing agreement, various SEBI guidelines, FEMA and other statutes
- Knowledge of SEBI (MF) Regulations/ RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
- Handling high value debt listed compliances, expert in handling equity or debt listed compliance
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Skills - Prior work experience in Accounting
- Good Analytical abilities
- Knowledge of SEBI (MF) Regulations/ RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
- Inter personal skills, good & clear communication
- Logical & well defined thought process
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS - Communication skills - organizes thoughts logically and articulates them clearly and concisely
