Job description

Role Responsibilities:
• Line Quality Management:
- Independently oversee line and process quality.
- Reduce line rejection rates (rework and scrap).
- Implement new systems and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to enhance quality.
- Enhance inspection methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and quality control standards, promptly addressing nonconformities.
• Process Quality Enhancement:
- Lead or participate in improvement initiatives (Six Sigma / PSP).
- Maintain documentation and processes in accordance with SOP and CP.
- Ensure a smooth launch for new product development.
• Quality Management System:
- Drive the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the plant.
- Conduct internal audits and address non-conformities.
Preferred Technical/Functional Skills:
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (Assembly, Paint, Press, Casting, Machining, Moulding) and quality systems.
• Assurance of line quality, quality planning, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience in handling electro-mechanical components.
• Conducting product performance tests.
