Job description
Resolving the employees Salary queries and Income Tax querie thru tickets, email and calls on or before agreed SLA
Complicated tickets will be handled over a telephonic conversation or through an email communication
Co-ordinate with different internal teams for resolving the query ( Payroll Team, ASKHR, HR, SAP Time entry team)
Co-ordinating and providing support for Statutory related functions
