Job description
- Compile, share & evolve leasing update & inputs for Board Presentations (leadership team) & quarter end investor reporting
- Develop portfolio metrics to help leasing team in identifying blind spots and opportunities
- Support for REIT investor meetings for leasing inputs, data request ( Thought leadership content) etc.
- Compile, maintain and deliver leasing pipeline for the PAN Indian portfolio
- Review and evolve trackers, templates aiding in process-oriented leasing workflow
- Take ownership of brokerage and other leasing-related vendor fees and ensure timely disbursement
- Market mapping and Competition analysis :
- Compile and Deliver timely independent research and market insights to commercial team on Quarterly basis
- Deliver inputs on adhoc management request on market intelligence with quick turnaround time
- Undertake and create scenario modelling for deal structuring
- Assistance to Finance/ Marcom/ IR with portfolio information requests
- Sharing inputs/actions on vital client/business info published in media with commercial team
- Closure of audit requirements under leasing scope within stipulated time
- Assist delivery of responses/inputs for media queries to marcom team relating to EOP Portfolio and Industry
- Deliver customized presentations for sales pitch for clients; VIP visits; Broker s meets etc.
- Administration of Technology tools:
- Program management of Sales Force pre-leasing tool, CRM framework
- Resolve leasing teams ongoing queries related to Technology tools
- Manage the CRM initiative across our 200+ corporate occupiers plus key relationships in the market
Assist other departments in the ESG programs with our Top 20 ESG centric occupiers
- MBA with 5+ years experience in Research, Consulting or Account Management roles in IPCs
- Understanding of real estate market, portfolio analysis
- Good presentation and excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce preferable but not mandatory
- Should have eye for detail
- Cross functional and teamwide collaboration
- Senior stakeholder management skills
