ITWorks will accelerate the world of health care IT outsourcing and the advancement of the entire enterprise beyond IT. We help our clients rapidly advance Service Delivery, improve the caregiver and patient experience, and further health initiatives in their communities.

Senior Systems Engineer within Cerner BLR ITWorks ESM is responsible for managing IT Outsourced Health Care Client's Infrastructure primarily on Storage Area Networks. Additional support expectations will be on areas like Windows Roles and features, VMware Virtualization, Citrix based application Virtualization through a Remote Infrastructure Management & support model.

The Engineer is expected to deliver 24 X 7 support through On-Call & shifts covering adequate overlap with US time zones.

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAN administration on one or more products like DELL EMC, HP 3PAR, NetApp ONTAP, IBM etc.
• Good understanding of SAN architecture.
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Work experience in one or more Infrastructure monitoring tools like Nimsoft/Zabbix/SCOM.
• ITIL Foundation Certification
  

Qualifications

Basic:

• 4 Years Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer science.
• 4 to 6 years of IT Infra support experience.
• Remote IT infrastructure support experience.
• Good communication skills.
