Job description
Role : Manager - HR
Shift : 9 AM to 5.30 PM
Work Week : 6 days with Sunday off.
Location : Chennai
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the entire employee life cycle right from recruitment till separation processes
- To develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business requirements
- To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- To Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
- To develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversees and manages performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- To maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Timely reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
SKILLS SET & BUSINESS ACUMEN
- Relevant education qualification in Human Resources or related field [Any UG degree or BBA | MSW | MA HRM | MBA- HR]
- Has proven experience as Business partnering HR Manager or any other HR Generalist Executive role
- People centric and results driven personality by nature
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, HR systems, HR Databases, negotiation and presentation skills
- Has the ability to design strategic measures with leadership skills in handling multiple departmental heads
- Has In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in the industry
