Commercial Bank (CB) Risk Administration’s mission is to drive process improvement holistically within CB Risk and with key stakeholders, enhance controls, and maximize operational excellence while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, respect and inclusivity. The responsibilities of the CB Risk Administration team include procedure governance, audit management, monitoring and oversight of credit processes/controls, project management, and credit risk support. This role within CB Risk Administration will provide support to the CB Risk organization for its records/data management, entitlement/access administration and other adhoc credit administration activities.

Job responsibilities

• Provide oversight for share point, share drive, and physical data stores. Support implementation of data retention and destruction policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Support Information Owner completion of data classification, destruction, and user certification. Prepare reports for Information Owner approval. Submit changes for Information Owner approval
• Maintain role-based systems access profiles and user certifications. Manage user exceptions, outliers, and out of profile entitlement. Approve and certify roles, and policies impacting owned roles
• Communicate required actions to impacted stakeholders and drive timely execution
• Track progress and provide status reporting to key stakeholders. Support ad hoc data management and reporting requests

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Three years professional experience related to financial services, risk management and  compliance 
• Strong Microsoft skills. Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. 
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
• Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
• High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Systems user access management experience
• Data analytics and intelligent automation solutions experience
