Job description
As GetMega's retention specialist, you will be responsible for the KPIs by strategizing and executing marketing automation, segmentation and complex journeys to drive Growth, Engagement and Retention in the customer life cycle journey.
What would you be doing
- Design & execute the CRM strategy to drive activation, engagement and reactivation by working closely with the Revenue team.
- Conceptualize marketing campaigns, & build relevant journeys by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle .
- Partner with our Brand team by writing clear creative briefs for campaigns that align with our Brand.
- Drive and monitor A/B tests and data driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in campaign and journey metrics.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team and deliver regular KPI reports, insights and improvement recommendations.
- Optimize and track performance of campaign metrics and trends such as view rates, CTR, conversion rates etc.
- Database marketing: Use SMS, IVR and email channels to drive DAU by optimizing for higher ROI.
Superpowers you'll need to be a success in this role
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing/CRM/retention.
- Familiar with any of the marketing automation tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Webengage etc.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in analyzing user behavior data and deriving actionable insights
- Strong communication skills along with customer-centric attitude
