Job Title: Factory Controller - Blood Collection Tube Manufacturing

Location: Gandhinagar

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, Graduate with more than 15 years of experience

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - INR 16,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Controller to join our team at our Blood Collection Tube Manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar. As a Factory Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the manufacturing facility.
  2. Cost Control: Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  4. Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted and forecasted figures, providing insights for decision-making.
  5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory levels and optimize working capital.
  6. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  7. Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and quality assurance, to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Chartered Accountant: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant professional certifications.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. If the applicant is graduate and is confident on delivering the roles, the applicant should have an experience of minimum 15 years in a manufacturing set-up.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  6. ERP Knowledge: Proficient in using ERP systems for financial management.

Salary:

The salary for this position is INR 12,00,000 - INR 18,00,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
