Job description
Desired profile of the candidate:- Any Graduate/ Diploma holder. Minimum 3 Years in selling Ophthalmic Capital Equipment or Medical Equipment. A smart Graduate / Diploma holder (Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare Industry, especially in selling of high-value surgical/diagnostic equipment or instruments). An energetic individual with excellent communication & and convincing skills. Should have the zeal to meet doctors, with a flair for good healthy discussions on Industry innovations, progress, challenges, etc. Should have the skill to speak about a product, its advantages, and its technical attributes and compare its advantages over the competition. Be a reliable contact and resource to the doctor from the company.
Major Job Responsibilities:- Meet Sales Targets for assigned territory. Territory & Target Planning & Effective Routing. Carry out Product Demos. Participation in Conferences. Effective Credit control & collection of outstanding payments. Add New customers and open New accounts with Institutions. Field Sales information. Reporting. Collection of Payments.
