Job Description: CBSE English Teacher

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Teaching Expertise: Deliver lectures on English, adhering to the CBSE curriculum, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts and develop a love for the subject.
2. Lesson Planning: Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines. Use diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
3. Assessment: Administer and evaluate tests, assignments, and papers to monitor students' progress. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
4. Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment that is inclusive, interactive, and promotes participation.
5. Parent-Teacher Interaction: Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' performance and address concerns.
6. Continuous Learning: Attend educational seminars, workshops, and training programs to keep abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and changes in the CBSE curriculum.
7. Collaboration: Work in harmony with fellow educators, sharing resources, ideas, and best practices.
8. Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage students in extracurricular activities, emphasizing the importance of a holistic education.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in English. Master's degree or B.Ed. in English will be an added advantage.
2. 2 - 6 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
3. Proficiency in using technological tools for teaching, such as smart boards, online education platforms, etc.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching.

Salary Range:

Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 per month.
