Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze the product data, specifications, engineering rules
- Lead and define the CPQ model structure using industry best practices
- Understand and analyze Sales BOM, EBOM, MBOM
- Understand and build different pricing methodologies, discounting methodologies
- Build and support CPQ data model with configuration structure, product rules, pricing and discounting
- Responsible for completeness and correctness of CPQ data model with all respects with the input from engineering team
- Closely working with different productline engineers to build the CPQ data model
- Optimize and lighten the CPQ model for better performance
- Re-designing or supporting the redesign of existing product lines to improve modularity and suitability for CTO implementation
- Develop Rules, Scripts as part of the CPQ model
- Analyze as Sold BOMs, work with multiple regional teams to standardize and create global BOM with option to contextualize for each region
- Own and demonstrate functional leadership by demonstrating domain expertise
- Identify opportunities for improvements to promote continuous improvement in quality, timeliness, cost and service
- Manage small team to improve support and service, resolving issues and delivering outcomes

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: - Must have degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or related discipline with at least 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have experience in CPQ (Configure to Order) implementation as a CPQ modeler role in custom or industry-standard applications.
- Must have experience of designing and maintaining engineering for complex product in ETO and CTO environment.
- Must have experience in scripting language like JavaScript, Python or Similar Should have experience in CPQ tools like Tacton, Epicor, Conga or similar
- Preferable to have exposure to CAD tools, CAD automation
- Preferable to have working knowledge in PLM software like TeamCenter or similar including variant management
- Preferable to have Integration experience (data) with products like Salesforce ecosystem, middleware, PIM, SAP, Teamcenter, NX
- Should have Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
- Should have enough technical proficiency to successfully partner with the technical teams for building & validating the solutions.
- Preferable to have strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
