Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Identify and address clients' needs and requirements. - Provide comprehensive product/service consultations to guide their decision-making process. - Identify potential clients and create strategies to engage them. - Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients. - Efficiently resolve complaints and issues raised by clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to client concerns. - Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. - Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and support. - Conduct client feedback surveys and gather insights for improvement. Relationship Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field. - Proven experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role. - Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. - Leadership and team management skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.Job tags
