Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager - VAS, who will be able to provide technical support related to technical and operational aspects of the products.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
· Ensuring that all support tasks are resolved in a timely and comprehensive manner.
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
· Maintain healthy relationships with clients and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining all environments including development and Testing.
· Ensure the overall health of the Mobile Value added services running with the Operator by ensuring regular testing of service usability.
