Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Content Production: Manage the creation of various types of content, including newsletters, articles, blog posts, videos, social media content, and more.
  3. Content Distribution: Plan and implement the distribution of content through various channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  4. Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit supervise and lead a team of content creators, editors, and other professionals involved in content operations.
  5. Analytics and Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize content strategies.
  6. SEO and Optimization: Ensure that content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.
  7. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for all content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and values.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated to content operations, including expenses related to content creation, promotion, and tools.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that content supports overall business objectives.
  10. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative content strategies. Leverage technology to streamline, speed up and automate content delivery.
