Job description
Job Description: (Exp Required : 15+ Years) For Jio Subsidiary Business 1. Responsible for leading the finances of the company, has to work in tandem with the CEO to strategize and strengthen the company’s financial position. 2. To develop, establish and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, programs and controls over the operations of the Company. 3. To measure revenue performance, mix and operating margin and identify areas for cost reduction and operating efficiency, to deliver ROC goals. 4. Monitor business performance thru tracking tools, establish course corrections where required and prepare detailed reports. 5. Statutory Compliance - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, legislation and accounting standards to ensure the smooth running of the operations of the company. 6. IFRS Financials - will be responsible for monthly Profit Loss Statement and Balance Sheet of the Company together with reconciliation of all Balance Sheet Accounts on a monthly basis. 7. Budgets- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly revise forecast of the financials. 8. Set the overall strategy of the organization regarding accounting policies, technical accounting, IT tools, financial operations and Treasury. 9. Manage and reduce costs on standard offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, subcontractors (where required).
Pre Requisite to apply for the role : Academics: CA (First attempt) or MBA (Finance) from a premium institute Experience: 15+ year experience (preferably in relevant industry) Skillset required: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 2. Ability to analyze and resolve functional, business and interpersonal problems quickly and independently. 3. Ability to lead negotiations with vendors, financial institutions and customers to ensure control on working capital. 4. Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies. 5. Strong accounting knowledge with experience in Book closure and finalizing accounts. Extensive knowledge of Acts, Regulations and standards relating to financial and management accounting.Job tags
