Job Description: ElloMind, a pioneering therapy center in Kochi, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our therapists and clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. The ideal candidate will be adept in both Malayalam and English and possess a startup mindset, ready to take on diverse challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms in both Malayalam and English.

Provide information about our services, therapists, and therapy modalities to potential clients.

Understand and empathize with clients' needs, guiding them to appropriate services.

Sales and Promotion:

Conduct pre-sales activities, explaining the benefits of our therapy services.

Make cold calls and reach out to potential clients to expand our client base.

Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase service awareness.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule therapy sessions, considering both client and therapist availability.

Manage appointment calendars for multiple therapists.

Handle rescheduling requests and coordinate to find suitable alternatives.

Customer Support:

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Provide support in navigating our services and platforms.

Maintain high standards of customer service and client confidentiality.

Refunds and Financial Transactions:

Process refunds and handle billing inquiries with transparency and efficiency.

Assist in managing financial transactions related to therapy sessions.

Feedback Collection:

Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality.

Report client suggestions and concerns to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.

Proficiency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written).

Experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
