Position Overview:
As the Regional Manager for South Asia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a growth-focused business strategy, which involves playing a pivotal role in providing valuable insights to our executive leadership group. You will lead a talented team to achieve revenue targets and adapt to the evolving commercial landscape. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various business units. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive the success of our organisation at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth in South Asia.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve year-on-year growth and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, government departments, and industry associations.
- Drive business development efforts, including managing sales processes, attending conferences, and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across all functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate level education, preferably with a marketing/business qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in sales/business, with a focus on the education or healthcare sector.
- 5+ years' experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the South Asia education market and healthcare industry, along with healthcare recruiters.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a results-driven approach.
