Role Description-

This is a full-time onsite role as a Lead Java Developer located in Bengaluru. The Lead Java Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable and high-performance solutions. The Lead Java developer is also responsible for managing a team of Java developers to ensure successful project completion and delivery.

Qualifications-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10-13 years of professional experience in Java development.

Skills-
Mandatory Skills -Java, Micro services
Experience leading a team of Java developers.
Strong proficiency in core Java, RESTful web services, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile Methodology.
Experience with microservices architecture and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and release high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and effectively.
Pay Structure -33 LPA
Notice period -30 Days
