Role Description
This role is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Trivandrum. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate HR records, managing employee relations issues, and facilitating professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment and selection processes, HR policies and procedures, performance management, and employee relations issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information management systems.
