Job description

Objective: To be responsible for the overall supply chain managements and Overall Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. Main responsibilities: • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services • Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees and directors’ board. • Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods • Maintaining health and safety standards • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements • Set objectives and motivate other members of the team to perform better. • Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle. • Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and etc. • Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs Eligibility Criteria Knowledge: Advance computer knowledge Excel, word, Power Point, Convincing skill Skills: Leadership, Convincing, Good presentation and communication skills. Abilities: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, Capable to handle pressure and Ability to work independently and handle multitasking. Attitude: Go-getter attitude, learning attitude Experience: 8-12 year in same field Language: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Etc.. Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
