Hiring for a Midsize US based SaaS Product Company for their Bangalore team.Role/Job Title: Java Tech Lead for Cloud Native PlatformLocation: Remote (WFH)Education: Any Engineering Graduate like BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSOverview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Tech Lead to join our Cloud Native Platform team. Looking forward to someone who aspire to become Tech Architect over the period of time.As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers in the design, development, and delivery of Cloud Native applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of our platform.Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and delivery of Cloud Native applications and services.- Develop technical specifications and architecture for new applications and services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of our platform.- Coach and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and grow their careers.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.- Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.- Continuously improve the platform by identifying and implementing new tools and technologies.- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Cloud Native technologies and architecture.- Experience leading a team of Java developers in the design and development of Cloud Native applications and services.- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and patterns, as well as RESTful API design principles.- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with Spring Framework and related technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
