Job description
1. Understanding the orders received from customers and placing order to the plant
2. Follow up for the timely completion of the order from plant
3. Handling all the dispatches and ensure timely delivery of the order
4. Prepare tender documentation and upload the tender
5. Maintain stock
6. Coordinate with vendors and follow up
7. Should be able to coordinate with the courier partners and enable smoother dispatches
8. Should be capable to draft emails and communicate efficiently with the customer and vendors
9. Should be able to read the tenders and make documentation
