Role: Oracle OSMC Position
Location: Hyderabad Pune or Bangalore
Hybrid Mode Position Exp: 3 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle OSMC solutions according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for order and service management processes.
- Design and customize Oracle OSMC applications to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle OSMC solutions.
- Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle OSMC functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during implementation or postimplementation phases.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle OSMC features updates and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 38 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle OSMC solutions.
- Strong understanding of order and service management processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle OSMC modules and functionalities.
- Experience in customizing and extending Oracle OSMC applications using configurations and extensions.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle OSMC certification.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ (Configure Price Quote) or other related Oracle applications.
