Job description
- To receive and verify the material from Material function as per production planning which to be weighed as per Production pick list/BOM and making necessary entry in SAP and to stagging of raw material and dumping of same and cleaning of tipping hopper through tipping operation as per production planning.
- Should have knowledge of food process industry and cGMP affecting product quality.
- To maintain quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.
- Identify maintenance and improvement needs on-line
Major Responsibilities:
- To comply with manufacturing schedule.
- To operate & monitor plant operation as per quality & safety compliance.
- To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.
- To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining weighing and dispensing activities like: Pick list verfication, , Material Receiving, weighing of material as per requirement, verification of weighing, Entry in SAP, Stock reconciliation, Storage of leftover material, Issue of raw material for wet processing etc
- Responsible for operating and maintaining tipping operation like: material stagging, dumping of material, cleaning of hopper etc
- Responsible for documentation as and when necessary and maintenance of records.
- Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOP s.
- Responsible to maintain housekeeping of weighing area, change room, WIP and stagging area, Tipping area, Lift area, Staircase area.
- Should take initiative of preventive maintenance of his own area.
- Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and maintaining the hygiene of his area/machine.
- Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Responsible for following and delivering batches as per upstream process requirements to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Need to involve in continuous improvement efforts /projects.
Education: ITI in related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production) with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Dairy, Food plant.
Background: Should have knowledge of food process industry and GMP affecting product quality.

- Responsible for operating and maintaining weighing activity of material and making entry in SAP.

- To maintain quality standards, tools and methods for right material with right quality and right quantity which turns into finished goods after processing
