Job description

o Quality checks for the defined categories – TAT monitoring, Quality of resolution, customer feedback monitoring

o Accuracy of the resolutions of the complaints

o Process gaps identification and improvement to mitigate the same

o Root Cause Analysis of the improper resolutions & customer dissatisfaction with the resolution provided

o Ownership of the feedback received on the Complaint closure to be timely monitored, evaluated and necessary actionable drafted on these lines.

o Re-engineering of the current processes for resolution to continually improve TAT
