About the Role:

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our poultry product portfolio within the assigned territory of Maharashtra. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers at poultry farms, hatcheries, distributors, and other relevant businesses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct effective product presentations and negotiations.
• Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee timely order fulfilment and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and reports.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, within the poultry industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Marathi is a must.

Location:

This position is based in Pune, Maharashtra. However, travel within the assigned territory will be required.
