Company Description XTEN-AV is the world's first AI-powered professional AV design platform, which automates multiple types of drawings and documents. This allows AV designers, integrators, and manufacturers to replace legacy methods of design and documentation and increase their efficiency and productivity by 10X.

Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Account executive. The AE will be responsible for inside sales, communication, sales, and business development. The day-to-day tasks of this role include reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, setting up meetings, and keeping records of sales interactions.

Responsibilities

● Develop and manage our customer portfolios ● Ensuring great client experience for existing customers ● Hold product demonstrations/webinars for new prospective customers ● Onboarding new customers ● Mediate between clients and the organization ● Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints ● Minimize customer churn ●Encourage upsells and cross-sells ●Continuously improving customer experience

Skillset & Qualifications Inside Sales and Sales experience Lead Generation an d management through various channels Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Experience talking with US/UK clients Business Development skills Experience with CRM tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation and Perks

CTC- 8-10 Lacks LPA + cash incentives Occasional international travel to US and Europe based on performance Self and dependents corporate medical insurance
