Retailer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners
Act as a primary point of contact for retailers, addressing queries, concerns, and fostering a positive partnership experience
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between retailer needs and company objectives
Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers to expand the company's market presence
Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and terms with retailers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Develop strategies to drive retailer engagement and increase sales
Performance Analysis:Analyze sales data and retailer performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies
Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities
Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align retailer strategies with company objectives
Coordinate promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product launches with retailers
Market Research and Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing retailer engagement strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
