Job description
Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and implement Contact Center IVR applications and migrate existing on-premise contact center applications or Pure Connect system to the Genesys Cloud platform
- Genesys Pure Cloud call flow creation in architect, configuring queues, schedules, schedule groups, profiles and phone numbers, reporting
- Configuring new flows in both voice and email channels
- Experience in API integrations in Genesys Cloud
- Genesys Cloud Scripting
- Genesys Cloud Outbound Dialers
- Experience in troubleshooting the call flows
- Good Knowledge of Contact Center Terminology
Competencies - Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and solve both practical as well as highly complex problems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) both internal and client facing required
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive in, be effective, and make a difference
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
