About this Job:
The role drives the organization's business development strategies. The HR BP manages the culture and processes explores new business opportunities across the unit.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify workforce requirements through stakeholders and managers and ensure that requirements are in sync with Talent acquisition plan, along with working on identifying different avenues for sourcing of right talent.
- He/she will be responsible for onboarding and managing workforce across multiple levels
- Partner with managers to deliver on process and policies expectations for a smooth Unit operations by providing HR solutions.
- Maintain strong individual connect and regular touch points with all employees from the assigned business groups from Onboarding to Exit
- Tracking the productivity of the manpower on quarterly basis and preparing reports on the same.
- Solve issues for front-line attrition by doing attrition analysis and taking corrective action.
- Address grievances raised by employees or by personal observations from the assigned business groups, and work with all stakeholders to ensure fair resolution of the issue.
- Ensuring proactive employee communication on processes and policies.
- Conduct exit interviews for all employees and analyze exit interview data
- Managing entire data tracking through HRIS.
Job Requirement:-
- 5years of experience in an HR generalist, HR management, or HR business partner role.
- Proven experience coaching and consulting senior leaders within an organization.
- Strong skills in employee relations, change management, recruiting/talent management, and team development.
- Attributes critical for success include excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated change management capability, integrity, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
