Fast growing NBFC at Andheri East requires Operation Manager
• Manage and optimize operational processes related to loan processing/Customer service/collections.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
• Analyze operational data and trends to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively
• Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends/regulatory changes
• Drive initiatives for process automation, digital transformation, and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
· Bachelors / master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in operations management within the financial services industry, with at least 3 years of experience in managerial role.
· Strong understanding of NBFC regulations/compliance/risk management principles.
