Customer Service Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in our Recruitment Agency. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with little to no experience, offering an opportunity to develop essential skills in customer service within the recruitment industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Interact with clients professionally via phone, email, or in-person, providing assistance and addressing inquiries.
Candidate Support: Assist job applicants with inquiries, application processes, and general information about available positions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client and candidate interactions in the database.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and interviews between clients and recruitment specialists.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback from clients and candidates.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and document preparation.


Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in a customer service role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency.
Salary Range: 10,000 to 12,000 (Commensurate with experience and performance).
