Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an English Teacher at Spectrum Northern Lights School located in Coimbatore. The English Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, literature, reading, and writing to students of all levels, maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment, providing constructive feedback, and tracking student performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Proven experience as an English Teacher or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of grammar, literature, and writing techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability
• Classroom management skills
• Knowledge of new teaching technologies and methodologies
• Teaching certification is a plus
