Global Enterprise Applications Architect
About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Enterprise Applications Architect with a strong technical background in building robust, scalable, secure, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance global solutions for Dibber. You will report into the Global CIO and key stakeholders across the group and provide technical leadership throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
• The Global Enterprise Application Architect's work involves ensuring the mobile app development platform is built to scale, implementing ERP solutions, integrating systems through Azure Synapse, master data management, capabilities, and services that support business processes.
• Playing a pivotal role in the formulation of short/medium/long term Enterprise Architecture/Master data strategies and ensure their alignment with and effective support of Dibber's strategic business objectives.
• The position is also responsible for identifying the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms, impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, compliance, performance targets and reduce technical debt.
Key Skills:
• Experience as a Principal Architect, Enterprise architect or equivalent for an international company.
• Proven experience of designing and architecting cloud native solutions with infrastructure /platform/application providers (AWS/Azure etc), Understanding the interoperability of mobile platforms and technology selections.
• Responsible for cataloguing, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components.
• Engagement in enterprise-level architectural governance, collaborating with key stakeholders like Product, Infrastructure, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with architectural modelling techniques and EA tools.
• Experience in evaluating short and long-term trade-offs for complex business problems and recommend scalable solutions that can be implemented in a hybrid ERP environment.
•Work to understand the role of each component and its potential in any future architecture. Ensure consistency of design across integrations within the organization.
• Understanding of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps), Development and Architectural paradigms.
• Possess a relevant Azure or AWS Architect certification is highly preferred.
• Present solutions in compelling written documentation and confident presentations to non-technical & technical savvy colleagues. Communicate the art of the possible.
• Providing governance to the cloud environments by ensuring that the processes and guidelines are followed.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Technical, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent is required.
• 15+ years of technical architecture experience in ERP implementations or mobile app development, with at least 10 years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale ERP or mobile solutions.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture (application and infrastructure), business architecture governance, data architecture governance, and SLDC/project/solution governance.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices, including data, application, infrastructure, digital, IoT, Industry 4.0, visualization, etc.
• Excellent technical skills, including programming, database, API, microservices, etc.
• Proven experience working with agile, integrated application ecosystems, specifically including Azure, LAMP and other open-source equivalents, Microsoft Office 365, AI/ML services, devOps and current generation of web and portal technologies.
• Proven experience working with cloud application architecture migrations and cloud-based dynamic integrations, including tools and best practices.
• Proven ability to quickly learn, calibrate, mentor and effectively transfer technology research and relevant trends to stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of key principles and concepts of enterprise application design, database, server platforms, virtualization, networking, security, storage, BI, cloud computing.
• Experience of developing enterprise-wide architectures within an Enterprise Architecture Framework, e.g. TOGAF would be an advantage.
• Operational processes efficiency improvements through automation and process design/redesign and advantage.
• IT cost optimisations through Enterprise Applications Rationalisation Programmes an advantage. • Knowledge and experience of build, deployment, change and release processes and automation an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with analytical ability to assess business issues and align them effectively with existing and planned technology initiatives.
• Certifications such as TOGAF/Zachman, AWS Certified Solution Architect, Scrum Master would be highly preferred.
Other Information:
• Base location is Bengaluru, office located in Koramangala; relocation is required.
• Work hours are 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday with Hybrid working
