Operations Manager - Chokhi Dhani Indore Resort
Lead Your Team, Elevate the Guest Experience Chokhi Dhani Indore Resort seeks an enthusiastic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Lead Your Team: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff across departments. Cultivate a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership. Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards. Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Address and resolve operational issues promptly. Champion Guest Satisfaction: Uphold high service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction. Manage Your Budget: Collaborate with finance to develop and manage budgets. Monitor expenses and revenue, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality. Maintain the Resort: Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to provide a clean and inviting environment for guests. Oversee renovation projects to enhance the resort's appeal. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to maximize revenue. Promote effective communication and teamwork among all departments. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality trends, and customer service principles. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
