???? Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand project briefs thoroughly and translate them into compelling website designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and brand designers, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Optimize websites for effective communication, UI design, and overall experience.
- Participate in design team reviews, sharing, and brainstorms.
- Apply your design thinking and execution skills throughout the product lifecycle, keeping a keen eye on opportunities to step in and step up.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in visual conceptualization and design thinking.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Webflow for effective collaboration with website developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
