Required Skills:
1. Create guidelines for UI/UX team.
2. Study flow of UI/UX of entire site; both on app, mobile view, and desktop and incorporate industry best practices.
3. Research and recommend best practices of e-commerce app/web.
4. Material design adaptation for all creatives.
5. Suggest and get web page optimization.
6. A/B test UI/UX and make recommendations for improved conversion.
7. Feature UI/UX implementation for increased AOV.
8. Suggest tools and study flow for improved conversion.
