Job Description:

Responsibilities at Sokrati :

• Pitch Support :

1. Develop and implement result-oriented strategy for the brand
2. Conduct effective and correct market research and apply information for the brand solution.
3. Build growth-oriented media solution based on the client's brief.

• Sales Support :

1. Aid the team to achieve sales target, increase market share and build organizations brand through responsible selling.
2. Timely review of sales process to extract better efficiencies and results
3. Monitor pre and post sales, relationship building, new business generation, analysis of competitors' strategies.
4. Aid the team to work on industry and market research to reach out to the right potential clients.
5. Periodically review sales closure to figure out gaps and how the team can improve in support
6. Provide guidance and recommendations to build and improve current revenue models and capabilities.

• Team Management

1. Manage and collaborate with the team and drive results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Are a Graduate in finance, business, or marketing
• Atleast 6-8 yrs of total work experience with 3-5 yrs of relevant experience purely into digital marketing solutions
• Understand full funnel marketing strategy and can help visualize it
• Adept with Facebook and Google ads
• Good at number crunching
• Should have built media plans and pitch decks (atleast 1.5-2 yrs experience)
• Should have industry knowledge and expertise of end-to-end digital marketing operations and solutions.
• Strong research and data analysis skills, including new industry trends
• Proficiency in digital marketing, especially media including but not limited to Search/Social/Affiliates/Programmatic/Measurement
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams and collaborate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborative
• Self-motivated and motivates the team
• Willingness to travel
