What to expect from the role

The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our position as a leading cyber security solution provider. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in building and managing successful partnerships within the technology sector.

How will your day look like at Bureau

  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals and target market.
    • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to establish mutually beneficial relationships with key industry players, technology vendors, resellers, and other relevant partners.
    • Initiate and maintain a pipeline of partnership prospects, conduct outreach, and negotiate terms to maximize value for both parties.
    • Hunt new supply sources in new geographies as per expansion plan.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners at all levels, fostering collaboration and open communication.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
    • Engage current local & global partners and ensure uninterrupted supply with a sharp focus on cost & Build watertight process around testing, partner integration etc.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to drive joint initiatives and achieve shared goals.
    • Work closely with finance teams to establish/optimize operation flow, keep an eye on burn, raise flags in advance to anticipate higher burns & ensure smooth functioning of critical activities such as partner reconciliation and payments
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive revenue growth through partner channels by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for co-selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
    • Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
    • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.
    • Provide market feedback to internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products, services, and partner programs.
  • Collateral and Communication:
    • Conduct regular partner training sessions to ensure a deep understanding of our solutions, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations detailing partnership activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to partnership strategies.
    • Work with cross functional teams to get the required systems, reports & processes in place.
What does it take to be in this role

  • You must have work experience in fintech domain and preferably relationship with leading partners.
  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, and partnerships. Experience of working on various tools such as Hubspot, Superset, Metabase will be an added advantage
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner needs and align them with our solutions.
  • Ability to think, plan, execute and organize multiple projects simultaneously while acting as an effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
