Job description
Main tasks and responsibilities Responsible for implementing additional products in Product Selector & Configurator (building data plan) Handling curve data, engineering tables, building configurator structure including options, relations, & rules to build easy to use product configuration Updating costs, prices in global tendering tool (Third party tool provided by Intelliquip) Standardize the data exchange with factory (Product Development group, sales team) and perform required data transformation Experience in SAP Configurator (CPQ & CRM) Maintaining Hydraulic & configurator data for Sulzer Pumps Product Configurator Supporting end users regarding issues related to the products in the tool (debugging) Work with Global sales tools team Carry out related activities as required from time to time Review of documents created Participate in introducing new or revised standard products into our manufacturing range and ensuring that our designs are compatible with the latest design standards.
Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required Master or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or Information technology with experience from pump industry Mechanical engineering knowledge and Pump background is essential Excel / MS Access / XML(XMLSpy), Nice to have: VBA Nice to have acquainted with Intelliquip Selector Knowledge Base (SKB), Configurator Knowledge Base (CKB) Ideally Engineering or Tendering background with a pump manufacturer Nice to have SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC, IPC, CPQ, AVC) knowledge Min 2/ Max 5 yearsJob tags
