About the Role

The successful candidate will be based at TRL India's corporate office in Kochi, Kerala.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans
• Develop and maintain automated test cases using BDD and TDD principles
• Utilise SpecFlow for test scenarios and data management
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks
• Perform API, integration, security, and accessibility testing
• Evaluate performance using tools like JMeter
• Collaborate with stakeholders and track issues using Azure DevOps
• Create and manage test documentation
• Understand CI/CD and build pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in software testing with automation, integration, and performance focus
• Proficiency in C# and Azure DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of BDD, TDD, and SpecFlow
• Expertise in API testing with tools like Postman and Rest Sharp
• Familiarity with security testing and accessibility standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities including fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• ISTQB or similar testing certifications are a plus
